Please, take a shower before massages and body treatments, and remove make-up before face treatments.
Please, come to the SPA for 10 minutes before the planned treatment.
We kindly ask you not to use your cell phones.
In the event of cancellation of the booking of the treatment, please inform the SPA reception at least 3 hours in advance. Cancellation in less than 3 hours or not-show results in a 50% charge for the ordered treatment.
Please, inform us about any health problems, injuries, illnesses, pregnancy, or any medications that may affect the course of the procedure.
